• We are considering relating our video to the lyrics of the song which overall is about the break up in a relationship and the grief it has caused.
• "You took my dreams so far from horizons." we will perhaps take this in both the metaphorical and literal sense and try and use a horizon as a setting within our video and I would also like to use this within our magazine advertisement and digipak cover.
• I would like to use a couple within our work as they can represent the two sides of the relationship and we will tell the story about the break up drawn from the lyrics of the song.
• At the beginning of the song it shows some regret about breaking up and so through this I was considering showing past events of the relationship and the happy memories as this would help tell the story.
• Then anger is shown as the person “wash your smell out of my clothes,
And wipe your kisses off my lips” as they try to get over what has happened and therefore we need to portray this in some way.
• I would also like to use a lot of tools within editing to make it some more like a “love story” perhaps so that the audience can get a proper idea of the theme as we want to make our ideas clear.
• We will consider using the band within our video as people like the band to be involved and it will also help the audience realise who is actually singing the song.
